- 5 g fresh ginger minced
- 5 g red chili pepper minced
- 15 g brown sugar
- 30 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 10 ml vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt

- Add mustard seeds and cook until they start to pop, about 1 minute.
- Add diced white onion and minced garlic clove; cook until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes.

- Add diced green zucchini and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt; stir well to combine.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer the mixture uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let the chutney cool to room temperature before serving or storing.
