- 150 g wild snails cleaned
- 20 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 piece shallot diced
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 2 g fresh thyme leaves
- 2 g fresh rosemary chopped
- 30 ml dry white wine
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 10 g bread crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- Rinse wild snails thoroughly and drain well.
- Melt unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic clove and diced shallot to the skillet and cook until soft and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add wild snails to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- For dry white wine into the skillet and simmer until reduced by half.
- Add heavy cream, fresh parsley, thyme leaves, and chopped rosemary to the skillet.
- Season with salt and ground black pepper, stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Transfer the snail mixture into a small casserole dish.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbling.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
