- 100 g pumpkin puree unsweetened
- 50 g almond flour finely ground
- 40 g all purpose flour
- 30 g unsalted butter cold diced
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 20 g brown sugar packed
- 1 piece egg large
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 15 g almond slices toasted
- 1 pinch salt pinch

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, all purpose flour, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Add cold diced unsalted butter to the dry ingredients and use your fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the dough evenly into a 15 cm tart pan, covering the bottom and sides. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, brown sugar, egg, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- For the pumpkin filling over the chilled tart crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle toasted almond slices on top of the filling.
- Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the filling is set and the crust is golden.
- Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
