- 200 g skinless chicken breast
- 5 g black tea leaves
- 200 ml water
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 ml olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Bring 200 ml of water to a boil in a small pot.
- Add 5 g of black tea leaves to the boiling water and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea leaves by straining the tea and let the tea cool to room temperature.
- Place 200 g of skinless chicken breast in a shallow dish.
- For the cooled black tea over the chicken breast to marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Remove the chicken from the tea marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder, 1 minced garlic clove, 15 ml olive oil, 1 pinch salt, and 1 pinch ground black pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub the spice and oil mixture evenly over the chicken breast.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken breast for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 75 C (165 F).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
