- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 80 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup pure
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil neutral

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a small bowl, mix the unsweetened almond milk with the apple cider vinegar and let it sit for 5 minutes to create vegan buttermilk.
- In a large bowl, combine the yellow cornmeal, gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder gluten-free, baking soda, and salt. Stir well to mix.
- Add the vegan buttermilk, pure maple syrup, and neutral vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
- For the batter into a greased 15 cm (6 inch) round baking pan or an equivalent size oven-safe dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cornbread from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
