  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup pure
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil neutral

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the unsweetened almond milk with the apple cider vinegar and let it sit for 5 minutes to create vegan buttermilk.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cornmeal, gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking powder gluten-free, baking soda, and salt. Stir well to mix.
  4. Add the vegan buttermilk, pure maple syrup, and neutral vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
