  • 120 g fresh skinless salmon fillet diced
  • 15 g red onion finely diced
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 g fresh chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 pinch pinch of smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch sea salt

  1. Ensure the salmon fillet is fresh and skinless, then dice it into small uniform cubes.
  2. Peel and finely dice the red onion into very small pieces.
  3. Chop fresh chives finely and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced salmon, red onion, and chopped chives.
  5. Add fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil to the bowl.
  6. Sprinkle ground black pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander, and a pinch of smoked paprika over the mixture.
  7. Add a pinch of sea salt to taste.
