- 250 ml apple cider unsweetened
- 1 piece cinnamon stick
- 3 piece whole cloves
- 3 piece allspice berries
- 1 piece orange peel strip
- 2 piece fresh ginger slice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed

- For 250 ml of unsweetened apple cider into the Instant Pot.
- Add 1 cinnamon stick to the apple cider.
- Add 3 whole cloves into the pot.
- Add 3 allspice berries to the mixture.
- Place 1 strip of orange peel into the pot.
- Add 2 slices of fresh ginger to the cider.
- Add 1 tablespoon of packed brown sugar to the pot.
- Close the Instant Pot lid securely and set the valve to sealing position.
- Select the 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' setting and set the timer for 5 minutes.
- When cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
- Carefully turn the valve to venting to release any remaining pressure.
- Open the lid carefully once pressure is fully released.
- Use a fine mesh strainer to strain the cider into a mug, removing spices and solids.
- Serve hot and enjoy your spiced apple cider.
