  1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves thoroughly.
  2. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  4. Peel the cucumber, dice it into small cubes, and add to the bowl.
  5. Dice the red bell pepper into small pieces and add to the bowl.
  6. Peel and shred the carrot, then add it to the bowl.
  7. Finely dice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
  8. Chop the fresh parsley finely and add it to the bowl.
