- 100 g apple medium peeled and diced
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 15 g brown sugar light packed
- 15 ml apple cider vinegar
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Season pork tenderloin evenly with salt and ground black pepper on all sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt unsalted butter until foaming.
- Add pork tenderloin to the skillet and sear on all sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Remove pork from skillet and set aside on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and diced apple; cook for 3 minutes until apples soften.
- Stir in brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and apple cider vinegar; cook and stir until mixture thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
- Return pork tenderloin to the skillet, spoon some glaze over it, then transfer skillet to the preheated oven.
- Roast pork for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 63 degrees Celsius (145 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Remove pork from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Slice pork tenderloin and drizzle remaining apple glaze over the slices before serving.
