  • 15 g brown sugar light packed
  • 15 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Season pork tenderloin evenly with salt and ground black pepper on all sides.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt unsalted butter until foaming.
  4. Add pork tenderloin to the skillet and sear on all sides until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  5. Remove pork from skillet and set aside on a plate.
  6. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and diced apple; cook for 3 minutes until apples soften.
