  • 1 piece garlic clove minced

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 30 ml dry white wine
  • 50 ml chicken broth low sodium
  • 5 g fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic clove; cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add sliced red and green bell peppers; cook for 5 minutes until slightly tender.

  5. Add chicken to skillet and brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
  6. For in dry white wine and let it reduce for 2 minutes.
  7. Add diced ripe tomatoes and chicken broth; stir to combine.
