- 50 g fresh green peas shelled
- 30 g cream cheese softened
- 10 g unsalted butter softened
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 piece puff pastry sheet cut into small squares

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (about 390 Fahrenheit).
- In a small bowl, mash fresh green peas with cream cheese and unsalted butter until smooth.
- Add minced garlic clove and chopped fresh mint leaves to the pea mixture and stir well.
- Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper, mix thoroughly.
- Place puff pastry squares on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
