  • 150 g skinless chicken breast diced
  • 70 g ramen noodles uncooked
  • 400 ml chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger fresh minced
  • 1 piece green onion sliced
  • 30 g carrot julienned
  • 20 g baby spinach fresh
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 30 g rice crackers crispy

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and minced ginger to the broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add diced skinless chicken breast to the broth and cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil into the broth.
  5. Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions, about 3 minutes.
  6. Add julienned carrot and baby spinach to the soup and cook for 1 minute until spinach wilts.
  7. Season soup with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Ladle soup into a bowl and garnish with sliced green onion on top.
  9. Serve soup hot with crispy rice crackers on the side.
