- 150 g skinless chicken breast diced
- 70 g ramen noodles uncooked
- 400 ml chicken broth low sodium
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger fresh minced
- 1 piece green onion sliced
- 30 g carrot julienned
- 20 g baby spinach fresh
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt
- 30 g rice crackers crispy

Instructions
- Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and minced ginger to the broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add diced skinless chicken breast to the broth and cook until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil into the broth.
- Add ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions, about 3 minutes.
- Add julienned carrot and baby spinach to the soup and cook for 1 minute until spinach wilts.
- Season soup with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Ladle soup into a bowl and garnish with sliced green onion on top.
- Serve soup hot with crispy rice crackers on the side.
