  • 80 ml tomato sauce canned
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 30 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add ground beef lean to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce canned, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper ground; simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced zucchini medium evenly.
