- 100 g ground beef lean
- 50 g onion medium diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 80 ml tomato sauce canned
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 30 g grated cheddar cheese
- 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef lean to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in tomato sauce canned, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper ground; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced zucchini medium evenly.
- Spread the cooked ground beef mixture over the zucchini layer.
- Add the remaining sliced zucchini on top of the beef layer.
