- 15 g fresh ginger root grated
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
- 150 g skinless chicken breast diced
- 50 g red bell pepper diced
- 40 g yellow onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 10 ml low sodium soy sauce
- 5 ml honey pure
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch sea salt fine

Instructions
- Peel and grate fresh ginger root to measure 15 grams.
- Dice skinless chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
- Dice red bell pepper and yellow onion into small pieces.
- Mince one garlic clove finely.
- Heat 15 ml extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add grated ginger and smoked paprika powder to the skillet and stir for 1 minute to release aroma.
- Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add diced red bell pepper, low sodium soy sauce, and honey to the skillet and stir well.
- Season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then cook for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
