  • 15 g fresh ginger root grated
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • 150 g skinless chicken breast diced
  • 50 g red bell pepper diced
  • 40 g yellow onion diced
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
  • 10 ml low sodium soy sauce
  • 5 ml honey pure
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 pinch sea salt fine

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate fresh ginger root to measure 15 grams.
  2. Dice skinless chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dice red bell pepper and yellow onion into small pieces.
  4. Mince one garlic clove finely.
  5. Heat 15 ml extra virgin olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  7. Add grated ginger and smoked paprika powder to the skillet and stir for 1 minute to release aroma.
  8. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add diced red bell pepper, low sodium soy sauce, and honey to the skillet and stir well.
  10. Season with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper, then cook for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
  11. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
