  • 150 g skinless turkey breast strips
  • 50 g red bell pepper sliced
  • 50 g broccoli florets
  • 40 g carrot julienned
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 5 g fresh ginger minced
  • 15 ml soy sauce low sodium
  • 10 ml sesame oil
  • 10 ml vegetable oil
  • 10 g green onion sliced
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing the red bell pepper into thin strips.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and peel and julienne the carrot.
  3. Peel and mince the garlic clove and fresh ginger finely.
  4. Slice the green onion thinly and set aside for garnish.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  6. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Add the turkey breast strips to the wok and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until cooked through and no longer pink.
  8. Add the sliced red bell pepper, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot to the wok.
  9. Stir-fry the vegetables with the turkey for 3 to 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  10. For the low sodium soy sauce and sesame oil over the stir-fry and toss to coat evenly.
  11. Season with a pinch of ground black pepper and stir well.
  12. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onion before serving.
