  • 10 ml rice vinegar
  • 5 ml sesame oil toasted
  • 10 ml mirin sweet rice wine
  • 5 g sugar granulated
  • 2 g grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced

  1. Measure 15 ml of soy sauce and For into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Add 10 ml of rice vinegar to the bowl with soy sauce.

  9. Taste the dressing and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more sugar or vinegar if desired.
  10. Serve the dressing immediately over salad or store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
