- 50 g red bell pepper diced
- 50 g green bell pepper diced
- 50 g yellow bell pepper diced
- 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 100 ml tomato sauce plain
- 5 g fresh basil leaves chopped
- 1 pinch salt fine
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add fresh cheese ravioli to boiling water and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
