  • 150 g skinless salmon fillet
  • 150 g potato peeled and diced
  • 50 g carrot peeled and sliced
  • 50 g onion diced
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 50 ml low fat cream
  • 100 ml low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Peel and dice the potato into small cubes about 1 cm.
  2. Peel and slice the carrot into thin rounds.
  3. Dice the onion finely.
  4. Mince the garlic clove.
  5. Place the diced potato, sliced carrot, diced onion, and minced garlic into the slow cooker.
  6. For in the low sodium chicken broth and low fat cream over the vegetables.
  7. Add the olive oil, fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the slow cooker.
  8. Stir gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  9. Place the skinless salmon fillet on top of the vegetable mixture in the slow cooker.
