- 120 g canned tuna in water drained
- 30 g sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 40 g goat cheese crumbled
- 1 piece egg large
- 25 g breadcrumbs plain
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
- 10 ml lemon juice fresh
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt fine

- Drain canned tuna and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and crumbled goat cheese to the bowl.
- Crack the large egg into the bowl.
- Add plain breadcrumbs to the mixture.
- Add minced garlic clove and chopped fresh parsley.
- For fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil into the bowl.
- Season with a pinch of fine salt and ground black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a round cake about 2 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Place the tuna cake in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
