- 30 g grated Gruyere cheese
- 5 g unsalted butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Butter a small ovenproof dish with the unsalted butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the large egg until smooth.
- Add the all purpose flour to the egg and whisk until combined without lumps.
