- 50 ml tomato sauce
- 80 g mozzarella cheese shredded
- 30 g pepperoni slices
- 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano

- In a small bowl, dissolve active dry yeast in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a 20 cm circle.
