- 40 g artichoke heart canned drained
- 50 ml whole milk
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 5 g all purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt pinch
- 1 pinch black pepper ground pinch

- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook broccoli florets for 5 minutes until tender.
- Drain broccoli and set aside.
