- 100 g fresh strawberries hulled
- 50 g fresh blueberries
- 50 g fresh raspberries
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 50 ml cold water

- Wash all berries thoroughly under cold water.
- Hull the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops.
- Place strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries into a blender.
- Add granulated sugar, fresh lemon juice, and cold water to the blender.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and uniform in texture.
- For the blended mixture into a shallow container suitable for freezing.
- Place the container in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the container and stir the mixture vigorously with a fork to break up ice crystals.
- Return the container to the freezer and repeat the stirring process every 30 minutes for 2 hours.
- Once the sorbet is firm and smooth, scoop into a serving dish and serve immediately.

- Stirring the sorbet during freezing prevents large ice crystals and keeps it smooth.
