  • 100 g fresh strawberries hulled
  • 50 g fresh blueberries
  • 50 g fresh raspberries
  • 30 g granulated sugar
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 50 ml cold water

Instructions

  1. Wash all berries thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Hull the strawberries by removing the green leafy tops.
  3. Place strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries into a blender.
  4. Add granulated sugar, fresh lemon juice, and cold water to the blender.
  5. Blend all ingredients until smooth and uniform in texture.
  6. For the blended mixture into a shallow container suitable for freezing.
  7. Place the container in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  8. After 30 minutes, remove the container and stir the mixture vigorously with a fork to break up ice crystals.
  9. Return the container to the freezer and repeat the stirring process every 30 minutes for 2 hours.
  10. Once the sorbet is firm and smooth, scoop into a serving dish and serve immediately.

  • Use ripe fresh berries for the best flavor.
  • Stirring the sorbet during freezing prevents large ice crystals and keeps it smooth.
  • Serve immediately after scooping for best texture.
