- 15 g dried rose hips
- 500 ml water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 15 ml fresh lemon juice
- 5 piece ice cubes

Instructions
- Bring 500 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add 15 g of dried rose hips to the boiling water.
- Reduce heat and let the rose hips simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and strain the liquid into a pitcher to remove the rose hips.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey while the tea is still warm until fully dissolved.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
- Add 15 ml of fresh lemon juice to the cooled tea and mix well.
- Place 5 ice cubes into a tall glass.
- For the rose hip tea over the ice cubes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing rose hip iced tea.
