  • 180 g snapper fillet skinless
  • 15 ml olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5 g fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 pinch salt fine
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Pat the snapper fillet dry with paper towels.
  2. Season both sides of the snapper fillet with fine salt and ground black pepper.
  3. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the minced garlic clove to the skillet and saute for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Place the snapper fillet in the skillet skinless side down and cook for 3 minutes without moving.
  6. Flip the snapper fillet carefully and cook the other side for 2 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Remove the snapper from the skillet and place on a serving plate.
  8. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the cooked snapper fillet.
  9. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top of the snapper for garnish.
  10. Serve immediately while hot.
