  • 100 ml plain yogurt whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey pure
  • 3 piece ice cubes

  2. Place the orange segments into a blender.
  3. Add 50 ml of coconut cream to the blender with the orange segments.
  4. For 100 ml of whole milk plain yogurt into the blender.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of pure honey to the blender for sweetness.
  6. Add 3 ice cubes to the blender to chill the smoothie.
  7. Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  8. For the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately.
