  • 150 g green seedless grapes
  • 25 g granulated sugar
  • 10 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 50 ml cold water

  1. Wash the green seedless grapes thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Remove the stems from the grapes and place the grapes in a blender.
  3. Add granulated sugar to the blender with the grapes.
  4. For fresh lemon juice into the blender.
  5. Add cold water to the blender to help blend smoothly.
  6. Blend all ingredients on high speed until smooth and well combined.
  7. For the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove skins and seeds.
  8. Transfer the strained juice into a shallow container suitable for freezing.
  9. Place the container in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour.
  10. After 1 hour, remove the container and stir the mixture vigorously with a fork to break up ice crystals.
  11. Return the container to the freezer and repeat the stirring every 30 minutes for 2 to 3 hours until the sherbet is firm and slushy.
  12. Serve the grape sherbet in chilled bowls or glasses immediately after the final stir for best texture.
