- 50 g red bell pepper diced
- 40 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh ginger minced
- 60 g tomato pureed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
- 0.25 teaspoon red chili powder
- 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 5 g fresh cilantro chopped
- 30 ml water

- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

- Add pureed tomato and salt; cook for 5 minutes until oil separates from the masala.
- Add diced red bell pepper and water; stir and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add raw shrimp to the skillet; stir to coat with the masala.
- Cook shrimp for 4-5 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
