  • 15 g unsalted butter
  • 20 g brown sugar packed
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 piece large egg beaten
  • 30 g canned crushed pineapple drained
  • 10 g sweetened shredded coconut
  • 15 g chopped macadamia nuts
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Place peeled and cubed orange sweet potatoes in a pot and cover with water.
  3. Bring water to a boil and cook sweet potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain sweet potatoes and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  5. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, beaten large egg, ground cinnamon, and salt to the sweet potatoes.
  6. Mash all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
