- 1 piece red bell pepper
- 100 g cooked rice white
- 75 g ground beef lean
- 30 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 50 ml tomato sauce canned
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 20 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 pinch salt fine
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- Cut the top off the red bell pepper and remove seeds and membranes carefully.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic clove to the skillet and cook until soft and translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef lean to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in cooked white rice and canned tomato sauce, mixing well.
- Season the mixture with a pinch of fine salt and ground black pepper.
- Fill the hollowed red bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
- Place the stuffed pepper upright in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top of the stuffed pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the pepper is tender and cheese is melted and golden.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
