  • 150 g cauliflower florets fresh
  • 15 g cilantro fresh chopped
  • 50 g red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 5 g ginger fresh minced
  • 15 ml soy sauce low sodium
  • 10 ml olive oil extra virgin
  • 10 g green onion sliced
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the cauliflower into small florets about 2 cm each.
  2. Rinse the cilantro thoroughly and chop finely, set aside.
  3. Slice the red bell pepper into thin strips about 5 cm long.
  4. Peel and mince one garlic clove finely.
  5. Peel and mince fresh ginger to get about 5 grams.
  6. Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Add minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil and stir fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  8. Add cauliflower florets and sliced red bell pepper to the wok and stir fry for 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  9. For in low sodium soy sauce and stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  10. Add chopped cilantro and sliced green onion, stir fry for another minute.
  11. Season with a pinch of ground black pepper and mix well.
  12. Remove from heat and serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
