- 30 g grated parmesan cheese
- 15 g unsalted butter
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 5 g fresh chives chopped
- 50 ml heavy cream
- 10 g all purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- In a small bowl, mix grated parmesan cheese with all purpose flour to create the crumble topping.
- Melt unsalted butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic clove to the melted butter and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked escargot snails to the pan and cook for 2 minutes, stirring gently.
- Transfer the snails and garlic butter mixture to a small ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle the parmesan and flour crumble evenly over the snails.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the crumble is golden and crispy.
- While baking, prepare the garlic herb cream sauce by heating heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Add chopped fresh parsley and chopped fresh chives to the cream and stir gently.
- Season the cream sauce with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
- Simmer the sauce gently for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat.
- Serve the baked parmesan snail crumble hot with the garlic herb cream sauce drizzled on top or on the side.
