- 10 g mandarin orange peel fresh
- 1 piece vanilla bean split
- 1 piece cinnamon stick medium

- Wash mandarin orange thoroughly and peel the skin carefully avoiding the white pith.
- Place the mandarin orange peel, split vanilla bean, and cinnamon stick into a clean glass jar.
- For 50 ml of white rum over the ingredients in the jar.
- Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool dark place for 3 days to infuse.
- After 3 days, strain the rum through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a clean bottle.
- Discard the solids and seal the bottle for storage.
- Serve the mandarin infused rum chilled or use it as a base for tropical cocktails.
