- 50 g whole wheat flour
- 20 g rolled oats
- 30 g unsweetened applesauce
- 1 piece egg large
- 10 g honey raw
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 0.25 teaspoon salt fine
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
- Add the egg and unsweetened applesauce to the mashed banana and mix well.
- Stir in the raw honey and vanilla extract until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together whole wheat flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and fine salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
