- 30 g blueberries fresh
- 50 g banana sliced
- 100 g plain Greek yogurt whole milk
- 15 g dark chocolate chips
- 15 g milk chocolate chips
- 15 g white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon honey pure

- Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly under cold water.
- Slice the strawberries and banana into thin, even pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with the honey until smooth.
- Take a clear glass or parfait cup for layering the ingredients.
- Start by adding a spoonful of the yogurt mixture at the bottom of the glass.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle a layer of dark chocolate chips over the strawberries.
