- 50 g fresh blueberry
- 50 g fresh strawberry halves
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 40 g all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 30 g unsalted butter chilled
- 30 ml whole milk
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh peach slices, fresh blueberries, fresh strawberry halves, and 15 g granulated sugar. Toss gently and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix all purpose flour, baking powder, remaining 15 g granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut chilled unsalted butter into small cubes and add to the flour mixture. Use fingers or a pastry cutter to blend until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Add whole milk and vanilla extract to the flour and butter mixture. Stir gently until just combined to form a soft dough.
- Spoon the fruit mixture into a small baking dish, spreading evenly.
