- 50 ml blood orange juice fresh
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon salt kosher

- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine blood orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic clove; stir until sugar dissolves.
- Pat the chuck steak dry with paper towels.
- Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil.
- Season both sides of the steak with kosher salt and ground black pepper.
- Place the steak on the grill and cook for 4 minutes without moving it.
