- 2 piece ciabatta bread slice
- 100 g fresh mozzarella ball
- 1 piece ripe red tomato
- 5 piece fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Brush both sides of the ciabatta bread slices with extra virgin olive oil.
