- 150 g plain Bulgarian yogurt full fat
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh dill chopped
- 10 ml sunflower oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground

- Peel and mince one garlic clove finely.
- Chop fresh dill into small pieces.
- In a bowl, add 150 g of plain Bulgarian yogurt full fat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped dill to the yogurt.
- For 10 ml of sunflower oil into the mixture.
- Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust salt or garlic if needed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to blend flavors.
