  • 150 g plain Bulgarian yogurt full fat
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 5 g fresh dill chopped
  • 10 ml sunflower oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Peel and mince one garlic clove finely.
  2. Chop fresh dill into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, add 150 g of plain Bulgarian yogurt full fat.
  4. Add the minced garlic and chopped dill to the yogurt.
  5. For 10 ml of sunflower oil into the mixture.
  6. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper.
  7. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
  8. Taste and adjust salt or garlic if needed.
  9. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to blend flavors.
