  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 150 g diced tomatoes canned
  • 250 ml beef broth low sodium
  • 30 g uncooked long grain white rice
  • 15 g tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
