  • 15 g unsalted butter melted

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper muffin cups or grease it lightly with butter.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, gluten-free baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the large egg, unsweetened almond milk, honey, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
