  • 50 ml whole milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit).
  2. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 8 minutes, then mash roughly and set aside.
  3. Heat unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add diced onion and minced garlic clove to skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  5. Add ground turkey sausage to skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
