- 100 g ground turkey sausage
- 1 piece large egg beaten
- 30 g shredded cheddar cheese
- 30 g onion diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 10 g unsalted butter
- 50 ml whole milk
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 0.25 teaspoon paprika

- Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit).
- Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 8 minutes, then mash roughly and set aside.
- Heat unsalted butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic clove to skillet and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground turkey sausage to skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
