- 30 ml calamansi juice or fresh lime juice
- 20 g red onion thinly sliced
- 5 g fresh ginger peeled and julienned
- 1 piece fresh red chili sliced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 15 ml coconut vinegar
- 30 g fresh cucumber peeled and diced
