- 100 g canned tuna in water drained
- 1 piece phyllo pastry sheet
- 10 g unsalted butter melted
- 30 g red bell pepper diced
- 20 g onion small diced
- 1 piece garlic clove minced
- 5 g fresh parsley chopped
- 5 ml lemon juice fresh
- 1 pinch black pepper ground
- 1 pinch salt fine

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit).
- In a bowl, flake the drained canned tuna with a fork.
- Add diced red bell pepper, diced onion, minced garlic clove, and chopped fresh parsley to the tuna.
- For fresh lemon juice over the mixture and stir well.
- Season with a pinch of fine salt and ground black pepper, mix again.
- Lay one phyllo pastry sheet flat on a clean surface and brush it evenly with melted unsalted butter.
- Place the tuna mixture along one edge of the phyllo sheet in a line.
- Fold the phyllo sheet over the filling to form a roll, folding edges to seal as you go.
- Brush the outside of the roll with more melted butter for crispiness.
- Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
