- 1 piece egg yolk large
- 15 g granulated sugar
- 10 g cornstarch
- 2 ml vanilla extract pure
- 20 g raisin golden
- 50 ml whipped cream fresh
- 2 piece ladyfinger biscuit

- In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together 150 ml whole milk, 1 large egg yolk, 15 g granulated sugar, and 10 g cornstarch until smooth.
- Add 2 ml pure vanilla extract and 20 g golden raisins to the mixture and stir gently.
- Microwave the mixture on high for 1 minute, then remove and stir well.
- Microwave again for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until the mixture thickens to a custard consistency, about 2 to 3 minutes total.
- Allow the custard to cool slightly for 5 minutes at room temperature.
- In a separate bowl, gently fold 50 ml fresh whipped cream into the cooled custard to create a light diplomat cream.
- Place 2 ladyfinger biscuits at the bottom of a serving dish.
- For the diplomat cream over the ladyfingers, spreading evenly.
- Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
