  • 100 g fresh cucumber peeled and diced
  • 10 g fresh parsley chopped
  • 5 g fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper ground

  1. Wash the tomato and cucumber thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Peel the cucumber and dice it into small cubes.
  3. Dice the ripe red tomato into small cubes of similar size to the cucumber.
  4. Chop the fresh parsley finely.
  5. Chop the fresh mint leaves finely.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomato, diced cucumber, chopped parsley, and chopped mint leaves.
  7. Add the fresh lemon juice to the bowl.
  8. For the extra virgin olive oil over the salad ingredients.
  9. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper to the bowl.
