  • 30 ml coconut cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 10 ml maple syrup
  • 1 pinch pinch of sea salt

  1. For unsweetened coconut milk into a small saucepan.
  2. Heat the coconut milk over medium heat until it is warm but not boiling, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add dark chocolate chips to the warm coconut milk and stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Stir in coconut cream, pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt.
  5. Continue to heat the mixture gently for 2 more minutes, stirring constantly to combine all ingredients well.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat once the hot chocolate is creamy and smooth.
