- 0.5 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 0.5 piece garlic clove minced
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1 piece wooden skewer

- Cut skinless chicken breast into 2 cm cubes.
- Cut red bell pepper into 2 cm pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and ground black pepper to make a marinade.
- Add chicken cubes and red bell pepper pieces to the marinade and stir well to coat.
- Let the chicken and pepper marinate for 15 minutes.
- Thread one cherry tomato, one mini mozzarella ball, and one fresh basil leaf onto the wooden skewer.
- Thread one marinated chicken cube and one red bell pepper piece onto the same skewer.
- Repeat threading until all ingredients are used, alternating colors and textures.
- Preheat a grill pan or outdoor grill to medium heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Remove skewers from grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
