  • 85 g white American cheese shredded
  • 60 ml whole milk
  • 15 g jalapeno pepper diced
  • 20 g onion diced
  • 1 piece garlic clove minced
  • 10 g unsalted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the saute function.
  2. Add unsalted butter to the pot and let it melt completely.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic clove to the pot and saute until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add diced jalapeno pepper and ground cumin, stir and cook for 1 minute.
  5. For in whole milk and stir to combine all ingredients.
  6. Add shredded white American cheese gradually while stirring continuously until cheese is melted and dip is smooth.
  7. Season with salt and ground black pepper, stir well.
  8. Switch Instant Pot to keep warm mode and let the dip rest for 2 minutes before serving.
