  2. Thinly slice the fresh red bell pepper into long strips about 1 cm wide.
  3. Lay out the skinless cooked ham slices flat on a clean surface.

  5. Sprinkle the minced fresh chive stalk and a pinch of ground black pepper over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Place a few baby spinach leaves along one edge of the ham slice.
